Shipping

Your order ships from our Kentucky studio within 2 business days. We ship via UPS or USPS and email you tracking information.

Standard shipping is $7, with free standard shipping on orders over $90. Express shipping is available at checkout. Transit time is additional to order processing time.

Necklaces arrive ready to gift, with your choice of Refills or an Easy DIY Refill Kit.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not pleased, email Meg@LiLuLipCare.com within 30 days of purchase for return instructions and help with a refund. Opened or used balm is accepted.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is processed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, email Meg@LiLuLipCare.com. We’ll help track it down or make it right.
